Responsibilities:

Consistently create, upload, and manage daily social media content related to upcoming events, featured menu items, and special promotions for the day, week, or month

Develop creative and original posts that effectively promote events, products, and restaurant initiatives

Create and present a monthly content strategy to the Executive Director and/or immediate supervisor for review and approval

Plan and execute engaging biweekly contests across social media platforms to encourage guest interaction and community involvement

Capture and share high-quality photos and videos that highlight guest experiences, team culture, and restaurant events

Feature memorable dine-in and drive-thru guest moments on digital platforms to strengthen community connection

Maintain communication with Directors and Team Members to coordinate content involving guests, events, or notable interactions

Monitor social media accounts daily and respond promptly to guest comments, messages, questions, compliments, suggestions, and concerns

Uphold a positive online presence by engaging with guests professionally and strengthening brand reputation

Ensure all captions, posts, and written content maintain excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling standards

May be required to work in multiple restaurant locations based on business needs.
Qualifications:

2 years experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation preferred

Strong photography and video editing skills, with the ability to create professional-style visual content

Creative mindset with a strong eye for branding, storytelling, and engagement

Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail

Strong organization skills and ability to plan content ahead of schedule

Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and team members

Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities to capture meaningful content throughout daily operations

Ability to work flexible hours, including special events or promotional campaigns
