We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Coordinator – F&B to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, trends, and storytelling, with the ability to create engaging content that drives customer engagement and outlet traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
- Manage daily activity on Instagram and other channels
- Coordinate with chefs and operations for product shoots and promotions
- Monitor comments, messages, and online reviews; respond professionally
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports
- Support marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new launches
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Liaise with photographers, videographers, and external agencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant social media experience (F&B preferred)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Basic photography and video editing knowledge
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
Preferred:
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
