SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR – FULL TIME (IN PERSON)

We are a fast-growing online boutique seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our in-person team.

This is a long-term, full-time position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is looking to grow within a collaborative team. This is not a temporary, seasonal, or transitional role.

You will work closely with our current Social Media Coordinator and content team to plan, execute, and manage day-to-day social media content and operations.

We are specifically looking for someone who is fully available for a Monday–Friday, 40-hour work week and is planning to remain in the Tuscaloosa area.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute daily social media content across Instagram and TikTok
• Take raw content from our content creators and turn it into polished, on-brand posts
• Edit photos using Lightroom and design content using Canva
• Edit video content using tools like CapCut (or similar)
• Assist with styling, organizing, and executing photoshoots and content days
• Help coordinate new arrivals, content schedules, and posting timelines
• Upload and publish content across all platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Work closely with our Social Media Coordinator to keep content flowing daily

What We’re Looking For

• Someone available for a full-time, in-person schedule (Monday–Friday, 9–5)
• Someone seeking a long-term position, not something short-term or temporary
• Experience with Lightroom, Canva, and video editing tools (CapCut or similar)
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current content trends
• Comfortable on camera
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple pieces of content at once
• A self-starter who can take direction and execute without constant oversight
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent

Important Notes

• This is an in-person role only. No remote or relocation options.
• This role requires full weekday availability and is not compatible with limited or fluctuating schedules.
• We are ideally looking for someone who has completed their schooling or has full-time availability without outside academic commitments.
• We are looking for someone who can commit to this role long-term and grow with the company.

Job Details

Full Time | 40 hours per week
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
