Social Media Coordinator / Videographer & Editor

We are now seeking a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Coordinator who can bring fresh ideas, engaging content, and powerful storytelling to our platforms.

Role Overview
In this role, you will manage AKN Properties’ social media channels, create engaging multimedia content, and design strategies to increase brand visibility and audience growth. You will also be responsible for videography, video editing, and producing visually striking content that resonates with our community.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow our social media channels (English & Arabic) with innovative, organic content.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen AKN Properties’ presence in the real estate market.
• Focus on platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Content Creation

• Shoot, edit, and produce engaging videos, reels, and graphics.
• Design creative thumbnails, covers, and post visuals.
• Write compelling captions, descriptions, and hashtags to maximize reach.
• Support team members in editing and enhancing their content.

Audience Engagement

• Actively engage with followers, reply to comments/messages, and build a strong community.
• Monitor social trends and competitor activities to ensure we stay ahead.

Analytics & Strategy

• Use analytics tools to track performance and generate monthly reports.
• Provide insights to improve content and achieve KPIs.
• Stay updated with social media best practices and platform updates.

Website & SEO

• Update the company website regularly.
• Implement SEO strategies to boost online visibility.

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Dubai, UAE.
• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong skills in videography, video editing, and graphic design.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
