We’re expanding our marketing team and looking for a Social Media & Creative Marketing Executive who can enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and support digital growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, design, and publish engaging posts (images, videos, infographics, reels, carousels).
• Manage posting schedules across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement to strengthen customer relationships.
• Track competitors and identify trending topics, hashtags, and content opportunities.

Creative Content & Email Marketing

• Design and manage newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional email templates.
• Repurpose blogs, case studies, and webinars into micro-content for social/email use.
• Collaborate with SEO/PPC teams for creatives, ad banners, and landing page visuals.
• Create explainer shorts, GIFs, and simple animations for marketing campaigns.

Internal & Knowledge Sharing

• Develop quick how-to guides, FAQs, and knowledge base visuals for customers.
• Promote company webinars/events via creatives, social posts, and live coverage.
• Maintain an asset library of social media creatives and email templates.

Key Skills Required

• Strong command of Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma.
• Experience in video editing tools .
• Hands-on with email marketing platforms
• Excellent copywriting skills for social media and email.
• Basic understanding of B2B lead generation and digital marketing funnels.
• Strong sense of creativity, time management, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
