We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Creator to join our team and elevate our digital presence and clinical photography, create branded content, and support marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

Position Overview:

The Social Media Creator will collaborate with management to help develop a cohesive social media strategy and will be directly responsible for creating engaging in-office content (both photographic and video). They will also be in charge of ensuring the consistency and quality of our in-office clinical photography (before and after photos). This role requires a blend of creativity, strong visual design skills, and a strategic understanding of brand messaging and audience engagement. This is a part-time (15 – 25 hours per week), but could develop into a full-time role. It will be partly in-office and part remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management on the development and maintenance of a monthly content calendar aligned with promotions, events, and service offerings.
  • Create daily social media content for use across Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and edit short-form video content for both social media and in-office educational use (e.g., treatment highlights, staff spotlights, behind-the-scenes).
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and direct messages.
  • Oversee in-house clinical photography (before and after photos). Ensure that all staff who take photos are trained to capture consistent before and after client photos with appropriate lighting. Review photos weekly for quality control.
  • Stay current on social media trends, best practices, and industry guidelines (especially in medical aesthetics and wellness).

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation (experience in medical, spa, or wellness industry is a plus).
  • Strong writing skills with a keen eye for grammar, brand voice, and visual storytelling.
  • Background in photography. Possesses a keen understanding of lighting and the ability to set-up and capture consistent before and after clinical photos in a dedicated photo room with a Canon camera.
  • Experience with video creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie).
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and platform-specific trends.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys generating new ideas and collaborating with a team.
