About the Role

Marketing Insider Group is a top-rated G2 digital marketing agency focused on evolving our content production model to better leverage AI-powered tools and scalable workflows. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, fast-learning Content Writer who can combine strong editing skills with SEO knowledge to produce high-quality content efficiently.

This is not a traditional writing role. You will be working within an AI-assisted content framework, where your primary focus is refining, optimizing, and elevating content to meet both quality and performance standards in a way that can compete with the over-saturated AI-generated market.

The c-suite is opting into internal content creation via AI tools to save money, but they’re leaving value on the table. Without SEO input and professional review, AI generated content falls flat in the online sphere. This remote role is the best of both worlds, where scalability meets success.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and refine AI-assisted drafts into clear, engaging, and accurate content
• Ensure all content meets high standards for grammar, tone, and readability
• Apply SEO best practices, including keyword placement, structure, image placement and formatting
• Adapt quickly to new tools and workflows within our content production system
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks before final delivery
• Optimize content for search intent, featured snippets, and AI-driven search visibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with strategy and client goals

What We’re Looking For

• Native or fluent English proficiency (required)
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (keywords, structure, search intent)
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and processes
• Experience working with AI writing tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Strong time management and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or similar platforms
• Experience in the B2B sphere or with a variety of industries
• Background in content marketing, blog writing, or digital marketing
• Familiarity with optimizing for AI search (featured snippets, structured content, etc.)
