Social Media & CRM Specialist (GoHighLevel)

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Management: Maintain and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, ensuring smooth automation, pipeline management, and workflow execution.
• Content Creation & Design: Develop visually striking graphics using Canva or Adobe Illustrator for various digital platforms.
• Video Editing: Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.) using CapCut or Canva.
• Content Strategy & Planning: Build, map out, and execute comprehensive 2-week social media content planners aligned with marketing goals.
• Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across social platforms, ensuring consistent branding, scheduling, and community engagement.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience working within GoHighLevel (GHL) or a similar robust CRM ecosystem.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Illustrator).
• Hands-on experience editing video content (CapCut or Canva).
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms, management best practices, and scheduling tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to plan and structure content timelines in advance.
