Social Media Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer Team Lead to oversee our team of graphic designers and drive the visual identity of our brand across various channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer with strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into creative solutions. You’ll be responsible for managing design projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality visual output that aligns with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance individual and team performance.
• Oversee the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution and brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and development teams to produce compelling visual assets for web, print, digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and more.
• Review and approve designs, artwork, and layouts, ensuring they meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand guidelines, ensuring all creative output aligns with the overall brand strategy.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, balancing team capacity with business priorities.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the creative team.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to track progress, set goals, and support professional development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or senior designer role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including branding, digital marketing, and print.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback effectively.
• Experience working in an agile or fast-paced environment is preferred.

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
