Job Summary:

The Social Media Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling, on-brand content for our clients’ social media platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, marketing awareness, and technical design skills. The ideal candidate can translate campaign concepts into engaging visuals that drive engagement, reach, and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative and engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and client teams to conceptualize campaigns and visual storytelling ideas
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines for multiple clients
• Optimize graphics, videos, and animations for different social media formats and dimensions
• Stay updated on social media trends, design tools, and emerging digital trends to keep content fresh and relevant
• Assist in producing video content, GIFs, infographics, and other visual assets
• Support campaign reporting by providing visual assets and creative insights
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaign concepts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in social media design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools
• Understanding of social media best practices, trends, and platform-specific design requirements
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, color, and layout
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
