Key Responsibilities to include
- Design Instagram posts, carousels, reels and stories that reflect a luxury real estate brand (properties in Dubai, high-ticket clients).
- Write engaging captions, hashtags (including #LuxuryMrHaus) and calls-to-action aligned with your sales funnels.
- Collaborate with you (CEO / brand owner) to align visuals with property listings, marketing campaigns, and brand voice.
- Schedule content in your CMS / Instagram (or tool like Later, Hootsuite).
- Monitor engagement metrics, adjust creative based on performance (what style works for high-net-worth buyers).
- Stay up to date on luxury real estate social trends (Reels, property tours, lifestyle content).
- Ensure brand consistency: colours, typography, tone, quality.
- Optionally: video editing (for short reels), working with the in-house photographer/cameraman.
- Optional bonus: manage influencer/partner collaborations (for luxury real estate could be lifestyle influencers).
Candidate Requirements
- Portfolio showing strong graphic design + social media posts (ideally in real estate, architecture or luxury lifestyle)
- Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva for quick social, video tool for Reels)
- Good writing skills (caption + hashtag strategy)
- Understanding of Instagram algorithm, engagement tactics, luxury target audience (wealthy buyers/investors in Dubai)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multiple property listings, quick turnarounds.
- Self-starter, highly creative, attention to luxury‐brand aesthetic details.
