Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Graphics Designer & Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on designing visually appealing graphics and images for our social media channels while also handling the scheduling and management of posts using social media management tools like Meta (formerly Facebook Business Suite) and Sprout.

Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching social media graphics, images, Reels, stories and visuals to enhance our and our clients brand presence.
• Create engaging visual content, including infographics, banners, and occasional promotional materials tailored for various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and content calendars for kbizz and our clients.
• Schedule and publish posts across different social media platforms using Meta's scheduling tools as well as other scheduling softwares (training material will be provided for other platforms besides Meta).
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media graphics and campaigns, making data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, Reels, stories, and social media management. Properly know how to review and validate your own work, as well as that of others, to ensure accuracy and compliance with the specific guidelines set by each unique client base.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a social media designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, especially in social media graphics.
• Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective image size and formatting requirements.
• Experience with social media management tools, especially Meta (Facebook Business Suite).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with design and social media trends.
