Key Responsibilities

* Design social media content including reels covers, carousels, and Instagram grid posts

* Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style content

* Design YouTube thumbnails focused on improving click-through rate

* Edit long-form YouTube videos including cuts, transitions, text overlays, and basic color correction

* Create visuals aligned with brand guidelines

* Maintain consistency in typography, color, and overall design style

* Stay updated with current social media and design trends

* Coordinate with the marketing/content team to deliver creatives on time

Job Requirements

Experience

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media design, graphic design, or video editing

Core Skills

Candidates must have hands-on experience in:

* Adobe Photoshop

* Adobe Premiere Pro

* Adobe Illustrator

* Canva

* CapCut

System, Timing & Other Requirements

* Reliable and high-speed internet connection

* Personal laptop or computer

* 6–8 hours of power backup for uninterrupted work

* Willingness to work in monthly rotational shifts

* Agreement to company contract and policies

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
