Position Title: Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator
Reports To: Content Strategist
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid – mostly remote with occasional in-person event coverage)
Hours: Part-Time (20-25 hours/week) or Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: Hourly, $25-$28/hour commensurate on experience

We are looking for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator who knows how to grow reach without losing depth. Someone who can translate complex stories into engaging content, protect dignity while sparking conversation, and bring creative ideas to life in ways that inspire genuine connection.

Position Summary
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop, manage, and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with Found Village’s brand voice, mission, and campaign goals.
- Content Creation
- Create compelling graphics, posts, and videos that reflect the challenges, hopes, and ongoing work at Found Village.
- Write captions that are authentic, engaging, and drive meaningful interactions.
- Capture in-the-moment content at select events as needed.
- Create and manage monthly email newsletters
- Analytics & Growth
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, etc.).
- Use insights to refine content strategies and recommend creative adjustments to increase impact.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices, applying them thoughtfully to Found Village’s platforms.
- Community Engagement
- Respond to comments and messages to nurture genuine relationships with our online community.
- Monitor conversations and represent Found Village’s values in all online interactions.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience managing social media accounts (organizational, professional, or personal brand).
- Experience creating digital and email marketing assets and newsletters
- Strong storytelling instincts—you can honor hard realities while sharing hope.
- Proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools) and basic video editing.
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools
- Understanding of social media metrics and how to use them to drive growth and engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Excited about mission-driven work and energized by using creativity to build community.
- Experience with Mailchimp or other email communication tool
