Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy professional to manage our social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, and basic IT support. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and capable of improving our online presence and conversion of leads.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Create and schedule engaging posts and advertisements
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
• Improve company online visibility and branding

Leads Management

• Track and manage incoming leads from all platforms
• Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-up
• Maintain and update CRM/lead database
• Generate periodic leads and conversion reports
• Ensure timely response to customer inquiries

Website & IT Support

• Provide basic IT troubleshooting and user support

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in digital marketing or similar role
• Experience handling social media ads and lead generation
• Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge
• Experience in logistics/movers industry is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
