We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager who will work directly with a variety of businesses to elevate their online presence and drive measurable growth. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering real results.

In this position, you won’t just manage one brand—you’ll partner with different businesses, helping them build visibility, attract customers, and increase revenue through powerful digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) for multiple client businesses
  • Create engaging content (posts, videos, captions, campaigns) tailored to each brand
  • Develop and maintain Google Business Profiles and Yelp listings for clients
  • Build, update, and manage client website(s)
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and online visibility
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on behalf of clients
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Collaborate directly with business owners to align marketing strategies with their goals
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and audience expansion across different industries

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile, and online directory management
  • Experience with website platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of content creation and branding
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Skills

  • Experience running paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.)
