Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager – Middle East&Turkey

We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey for a leading sanitaryware and bathroom solutions brand.


This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital, social media, and influencer marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads across key markets.


The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on digital execution and has a strong understanding of design, architecture, interiors, and lifestyle-driven marketing.


Key Responsibilities


Digital & Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and implement regional social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Define content direction that showcases bathroom solutions, product innovation, design inspiration, and architectural projects.


Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Identify, build, and manage relationships with influencers, architects, interior designers, and digital creators.
  • Lead influencer collaborations and partnerships to strengthen brand credibility and reach within the design and architecture community.


Campaign & Content Management

  • Oversee digital campaigns and content planning, including product launches, design storytelling, designer collaborations and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality content across all digital platforms.


Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and digital analytics.
  • Use insights to continuously optimize digital performance, audience growth, and lead generation.


Regional Coordination

  • Coordinate and execute global digital initiatives across Middle East & Turkey markets.
  • Manage and collaborate closely with the regional digital agency to ensure effective campaign delivery.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with global teams as well as local sales, product, and marketing teams to support launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure digital activities support business growth and brand positioning across the region.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, content strategy, and influencer ecosystems.
  • Experience in sanitaryware, bathroom solutions, building materials, tiles, architecture, or interior design industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage regional campaigns and external agencies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using digital performance and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
