We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media — someone who can take a brand from "just exists online" to "people actually pay attention to this." If you know how to turn scrolls into stops and stops into engagement, let's talk.
What you'll be doing
- Planning, creating, and scheduling content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Writing captions and copy that actually sound like a human wrote them
- Running and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar)
- Tracking performance — engagement, reach, conversions — and adjusting strategy based on what's actually working
- Staying on top of trends, formats, and platform changes before everyone else catches on
- Collaborating with designers/video editors to bring content ideas to life
- Managing community engagement — replying to comments, DMs, and building real connections with the audience
- Reporting on campaign performance with actual insights, not just vanity metrics
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (agency, brand, or freelance — all count)
- Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategy (what works on Reels doesn't always work on LinkedIn)
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite — whatever gets the job done)
- Comfortable with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent writing skills — copy that's punchy, clear, and on-brand
- A portfolio or examples of content/campaigns you've worked on
Nice to have (not required)
- Experience running paid ad campaigns with a real budget
- Knowledge of SEO basics and how content ties into broader digital strategy
- Familiarity with influencer/creator collaborations
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
