About the Role
OneClick is seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media Specialist to become part of our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about digital engagement, content creation, and customer interaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our online presence, generating business leads, and supporting marketing initiatives that contribute to organizational growth.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in social media management or digital marketing (internship experience will not be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across various platforms.
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
- Identify, generate, and nurture leads through social media channels and digital marketing efforts.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers, respond to inquiries, and support business development activities.
- Assist in lead conversion processes and provide basic support for sales-related initiatives.
- Promote company services through targeted social media campaigns and marketing activities.
- Track content performance and prepare reports using relevant performance metrics.
- Review and approve customer communication templates, messages, and response guidelines.
- Ensure all content and communications adhere to company policies, branding standards, and platform-specific regulations.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
Daily Tasks
- Publish and schedule social media content.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on leads.
- Engage with customers and respond to inquiries.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Support lead conversion activities.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Morning: 10 am - 6 pm (Monday - Saturday)
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
