We are seeking a sharp, creative, and strategic digital marketer with proven experience in building brands and driving growth on Instagram and LinkedIn.
This is not a beginner role. We are looking for one exceptional professional who will take full ownership of:
The Founder’s personal brand accounts (Instagram + LinkedIn), and
Our flagship fintech product, Quasar (Instagram + LinkedIn).

Develop, write, and publish engaging posts, reels, carousels, and stories.

Design premium, modern visuals (inspired by brands like Revolut, Notion, Tesla).

Ensure content is authentic, high-value, and aligned with brand voice.

Manage content calendars for both the Founder and Quasar accounts.

Grow followers organically with strategic, value-driven content.

Engage actively with the community (DMs, comments, partnerships).

Build and optimize funnels, CTAs, lead magnets, and link-in-bio flows.

Track, analyze, and improve performance through data-driven insights.

Launch and manage ad campaigns (Meta + LinkedIn).

Support retargeting and warm audience strategies.

Scale paid efforts as the brand grows.

Ensure cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

Use tools like Figma / Adobe Creative Suite for premium creative assets.

Deliver brand storytelling that resonates emotionally and strategically.

This role is central to driving the growth engine for both a premium fintech SaaS brand and a personal authority brand — a rare opportunity to build both worlds side by side.
Requirements

Proven experience in social media growth & digital marketing.

Fluent English (speaking & writing).

Strong portfolio of past growth results (please share examples).

Experience with SaaS, fintech, trading, or education brands is a plus.

Creative yet strategic — able to balance storytelling with measurable results.

Proactive and self-driven; takes ownership without waiting for instructions.

Daily user of AI tools for content, research, or optimization.

Bonus: knowledge of funnels, automation, email marketing, or chatbots.

Clear and consistent posting cadence (min. 3–4 reels + 2–3 carousels weekly + daily stories).

Steady 20–30% MoM growth in followers and engagement.

At least one live funnel generating qualified leads.

Cohesive, premium branding across Quasar and the Founder’s accounts.

Follower growth (Instagram + LinkedIn).
