Social Media Director (Restaurant + Nightlife) — Zen Bar & Grill + The Banyan Asian Grill Location West Palm Beach, FL (on-site with some flexibility)

About us

Zen Bar & Grill and The Banyan Asian Grill are West Palm Beach concepts blending food, nightlife, and events. We’re looking for a Social Media Director who can turn content into real foot traffic, reservations, venue rentals, and packed events — and help make our brand viral in the WPB scene.

What you’ll own

Build and execute a social media strategy that drives

: Dining traffic (daily/weekly)

• Venue rentals & private events
• Event promotions (DJs, themed nights, brunch/late-night concepts)
• Collaborations, influencer activations, and community partnerships

Create and manage a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (plus YouTube Shorts if it fits).

Lead content production: short-form video, photo, stories, reels, behind-the-scenes, staff/chef features, guest reactions, and event recaps.

Run influencer marketing end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, comp tracking, and performance reporting.

Manage paid social campaigns (Meta + TikTok) with clear goals (reach, reservations, event RSVPs, inquiries).

Coordinate with management, chefs, bartenders, DJs, and promoters to capture content and keep promotions tight.

Monitor trends and local competitors; move fast on what’s working.

Track performance weekly (growth, reach, engagement, clicks, reservations/inquiries attributed to campaigns) and optimize.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience growing restaurant/nightlife/hospitality accounts (show examples/portfolio).

Strong short-form video skills (Reels/TikTok): filming, editing, hooks, captions, and trend adaptation.

Experience driving measurable outcomes (not just followers): reservations, covers, event attendance, inquiries.

Comfortable being on-site during peak moments (weekends/nights) to capture content.

Strong writing and brand voice control (fun, premium, nightlife energy, but still clean and professional).

Influencer and collaboration experience (local creators + regional travel/food/nightlife pages).

Bonus: photography skills, UGC systems, email/SMS marketing familiarity, and event promotion background.

Tools you should be comfortable with

Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager

TikTok (organic + ads is a plus)

Canva/CapCut/Adobe (any is fine — results matter)

Basic analytics/reporting (platform insights + simple dashboards)

Schedule

Full-time preferred. Some nights/weekends required for content capture and event coverage.

Pay & benefits
