The Social Media Executive ensures consistent publishing, reach, and engagement for Woilink across platforms, while routing inquiries to sales or CRM.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

-Schedule and publish posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

-Repurpose blogs into short-form social content

-Manage comments, DMs, and basic inquiries

-Coordinate with designer for creatives

-Track engagement and reach metrics

-Route leads to CRM or sales team

-Support influencer & partnership content distribution

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–3 years experience in social media management

-Familiarity with Meta Business Suite & LinkedIn

-Basic copywriting skills

-Organized and process-driven

-Comfortable working with calendars & SOPs

-KPIs

-Posting consistency

-Engagement rate

-Leads routed from social channels

Reporting To

Content & SEO Lead

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
