Social Media & E-commerce Sales & Marketing Executive

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & E-commerce Sales & Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, drive website traffic, boost online sales, and increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to grow followers and engagement.

Manage and optimize company website & e-commerce store (product listings, pricing, promotions, SEO, and content updates).

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive leads and sales.

Create engaging content (posts, reels, banners, blogs) aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.

Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports (traffic, conversion, ROI).

Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on social channels and website.

Collaborate with sales and design teams to create effective marketing campaigns.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and e-commerce strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience (2–4 years) in social media marketing, digital campaigns, or e-commerce sales.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar).

Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising tools.

Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Basic video editing for reels/ads.

Experience in email marketing campaigns.
