Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s online presence and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing platform-specific social media strategies and email marketing campaigns that drive organic growth, audience engagement, and brand visibility. You will work cross-functionally with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Drive organic growth and optimize content for maximum visibility and audience retention.
  • Manage and optimize monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithms, emerging trends, and new features to enhance performance.

Content & Community Management

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging, on-brand content (visuals, videos, and copy).
  • Ensure timely posting and content consistency across all social platforms.
  • Manage community engagement, responding promptly to DMs, comments, and queries while maintaining brand tone.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and extract actionable insights for improvement.

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product updates, promotional emails, and drip campaigns).
  • Segment mailing lists for targeted campaigns and improved personalization.
  • Optimize email campaigns for deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates (CTR).
  • Manage and analyze email performance data to refine subject lines, content, and timing.
  • Work with CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar) to automate workflows and nurture leads.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with email marketing laws and best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze social and email performance data using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and CRM dashboards.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with key insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Implement data-driven tactics to increase retention, engagement, and conversion.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and email marketing.
  • Proven ability to grow and engage communities across multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Proficiency in email marketing and CRM tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, email metrics, and user engagement funnels.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to brand tone and aesthetics.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Content consistency and posting schedule adherence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
