What You’ll Do (aka Why This Role Rocks):

Own the Brand Voice – Craft compelling internal and external communications that capture the essence of who we are—from social media campaigns and email marketing to in-clinic posters and internal tip sheets.
Create Wow-Worthy Events – Dream up and execute unforgettable clinic grand openings, team member appreciation events, community pop-ups, holiday parties, and beyond.
Lead the Content Charge – Produce dynamic content across multiple platforms (print, digital, video, social) that informs, inspires, and energizes patients and team members alike.
Get It Done – Keep things running like clockwork. From vendor management and budget tracking to coordinating logistics and timelines, you’ll bring ideas to life with precision.
Support Culture & Training – Work with leadership to craft newsletters, develop branded training materials, and keep our internal culture connected and inspired.

Our team works Monday through Friday during regular business hours, but the best moments sometimes happen after hours or on the weekend — a community event, a spontaneous team win, or a social media campaign.

If you’re naturally plugged in, love capturing real moments in real time, and get energized by bringing ideas to life on the fly, this role was made for you. You Might Be Our Person If You:

  • Are an absolute WIZARD on all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Have 3+ years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or brand management.
  • Love bouncing between big-picture vision and nitty-gritty execution.
  • Are equal parts creative genius and detail-obsessed project manager.
  • Know your way around Adobe, Canva, etc.
  • Are a doer, builder, and natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Want to grow with a company that promotes from within and rewards hustle, heart, and fresh ideas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
