We’re Hiring: Social Media Executive

Join our growing team at RG Group! We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to help us elevate our brand presence and engagement across all platforms. If you’re passionate about digital storytelling, brand building, and social media trends, this is your chance to make an impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with our marketing goals.
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, TikToks, etc.) to grow and connect with our community.
• Manage and monitor all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, and others), responding promptly to comments and inquiries.
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to continuously improve campaigns.
• Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing/management team on integrated campaigns and creative projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, and emerging channels).
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fresh graduates with strong creativity and passion for social media are also encouraged to apply!✨
