Social Media Executive

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team at Fotoplane Social. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies for our clients to enhance their online presence and achieve their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and execute social media strategies tailored to each client's brand and objectives across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and high-quality content, including posts, videos, stories, and graphics.
• Community Management: Monitor and manage client social media accounts, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive community interactions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and native platform insights to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to improve client performance.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, optimizing them to meet KPIs and ensuring maximum ROI.
• Client Interaction: Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, present strategy proposals, and provide updates on performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies.
• Proven track record of successful social media campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
