Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy.
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
- Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, leads) and prepare reports.
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns across social channels.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to maximize reach.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
- Build and nurture online communities to increase brand loyalty and awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools.
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite/Buffer, Canva, etc.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
