Social Media Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic *Social Media Executive* to join our team and take ownership of driving engagement, building communities, and delivering impactful digital experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, creatively inclined, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Create, manage, and nurture active social media communities.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
• Research and contribute to brand strategy presentations and social media grid development.
• Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics to optimise content and campaigns.
• Plan and execute effective social media marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
• Build strategies to grow social media accounts and drive higher engagement.
• Monitor brand reputation and ensure consistency and quality of brand voice.
• Identify and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams — content, design, media — to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor client account performance and prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, performance metrics, and social listening tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
• Experience with influencer outreach and campaign execution is a plus.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Knowledge on Google & Meta ads preferable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
