Job description:
As our Social Media Executive / Junior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our social media channels. From creating content ideas and managing campaigns to analyzing results and optimizing strategies — you will handle it all. Your job is to ensure our social media presence is active, engaging, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media calendar that aligns with our marketing goals.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to create relevant content strategies.
- Suggest innovative content themes, campaign ideas, and interactive formats to boost engagement.
Content Creation & Posting
- Write engaging captions, headlines, and ad copies tailored to different platforms.
- Create or coordinate high-quality visuals — images, videos, carousels, reels, GIFs, infographics.
- Optimize each post for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar.
Community Management
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and queries promptly.
- Monitor brand mentions, hashtags, and relevant discussions to participate and connect with potential audiences.
- Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and industry peers where relevant.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor analytics for all platforms to measure post and campaign performance.
- Create detailed weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Adjust content and posting strategies based on data-driven results.
Paid Campaign Support (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Assist in creating, running, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor ad spend, audience targeting, and ROI.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing brand social media accounts (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest.
- Proactive work approach — ability to take initiative without waiting for instructions.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
- Creativity in designing engaging, high-quality social media content.
- Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in running paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO basics and content marketing principles.
- Familiarity with influencer collaboration and brand partnerships.
