We are seeking a Social Media Executive (2–3 years experience) to manage our digital presence, craft compelling narratives, and drive community engagement across platforms. This role is a blend of strategy, creativity, and analytics—ideal for someone who wants to create meaningful impact through storytelling.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop strategies aligned with Social Angel’s fundraising and brand awareness goals.
- Identify and understand target audiences (donors, NGOs, fundraisers, general public).
- Select relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X) for maximum impact.
- Stay updated with trends, features, and tools to keep content relevant and engaging.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Create high-quality, engaging posts, reels, stories, infographics, and short videos.
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and video editors for creative assets.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Conceptualize and launch social media campaigns for fundraisers, events, or awareness drives
- Integrate campaigns across channels (social media, email, website, paid ads).
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads basics) to boost reach and conversions.
4. Community Engagement & Reputation Management
- Respond to comments, queries, and messages promptly to build trust.
- Implement engagement strategies (polls, challenges, contests, live sessions).
- Handle negative feedback or sensitive queries diplomatically to protect the brand’s reputation.
5. Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Track KPIs: engagement, reach, follower growth, clicks, conversions.
- Use analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics) to gather insights.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
6. Collaboration & Partnerships
- Coordinate with marketing, content, fundraising, and operations teams for aligned messaging.
- Support influencer collaborations or partnerships that amplify campaigns.
7. Innovation & Learning
- Experiment with content formats, posting schedules, and campaign styles (A/B testing).
- Propose creative ideas to stand out in the social impact/crowdfunding space
- Stay updated with social media certifications, webinars, and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management (preferably with NGOs, startups, or digital marketing agencies).
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube.
- Hands-on skills in Canva/Adobe Suite, video editing, and copywriting.
- Basic understanding of paid media campaigns and budget optimization.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability—must connect emotionally with audiences.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Strong command of SEO, hashtags, and creative caption writing.
