The Cosmos Advertising Agency is a dynamic and creative agency dedicated to building impactful brand experiences. We are looking for a talented Social Media Executive to join our team and manage end-to-end social media strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

· Create, curate, and oversee engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns, blogs, etc.)

· Manage community interactions, respond to comments/messages, and build brand engagement

· Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with performance tracking

· Monitor, track, and analyze key performance metrics, generating weekly/monthly reports

· Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in social media

· Collaborate with the creative, content, and design teams for campaign execution

· Support SEO and SEM strategies to maximize online visibility

Requirements:

· Proven experience of 2–5 years as a Social Media Executive/Manager in advertising or digital marketing

· Strong knowledge of all major social platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling tools

· Creative thinking with excellent communication and copywriting skills

· Hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO & SEM

· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations

· Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a team-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
