Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, drive engagement, and support brand growth across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, SEO practices, content creation, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, blogs, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creative storytelling.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search rankings.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media and SEO performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to optimize campaigns.
• Assist in running paid campaigns (social media ads, Google Ads) when required.
• Ensure timely execution of posting calendars and campaign deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management and SEO.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
