Polka Tots is a leading baby products brand, committed to creating safe, comfortable, and innovative solutions for parents and their little ones. We’re seeking a creative Social Media Executive to join Polka Tots and help grow our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc

Monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Optimize website content for better search engine ranking.

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO techniques.

Paid Campaigns (PPC/Google Ads/Facebook Ads):

Plan and run paid marketing campaigns to generate leads and traffic.

Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Content Creation & Marketing:

Coordinate with content teams to create engaging blog posts, landing pages, and email newsletters.

Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.

Email Marketing:

Create and manage email marketing campaigns.

Analyze open rates, CTRs, and suggest improvements.

Website Management:

Work with developers/designers to keep the website updated.

Ensure user-friendly navigation and lead capture strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor traffic and performance.

Prepare reports and suggest improvements based on insights.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO tools, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)

Strong communication and analytical skills

Creativity and understanding of digital trends

Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (fresher roles may vary)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
