Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Handler to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and posting engaging content across multiple social media platforms, monitoring performance, and building a strong online community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
• Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up to date with best practices.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Collaborate with the marketing/design team to ensure brand consistency.
• Run paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive reach and conversions.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions).
• Suggest new ideas, promotions, and campaigns to improve brand visibility and sales.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, Handler, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps, etc.).
• Understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
