Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing community interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create and schedule engaging, original, and high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, reels, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, influencers, and other marketing team members to align messaging.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics and campaign results using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, trends, platform updates, and tools.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets (optional based on experience).
• Support influencer marketing campaigns, contests, and collaborations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
