Social Media Executive

Job Overview:

Standyou is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow the company’s presence across all major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily activities on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
• Plan and create engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and carousels.
• Draft catchy captions and copy in line with the brand voice.
• Do basic video editing and ensure visual consistency.
• Implement SMO strategies to boost reach, engagement, and followers.
• Work with design & marketing teams to align campaigns.
• Track & report analytics (reach, engagement, growth).
• Stay updated with latest trends, hashtags, and algorithms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling social media platforms.
• Skills in content creation, copywriting, and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of algorithms and optimization techniques.
• Creative mindset, good communication & time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Preferred: Experienced candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
