Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and visually appealing posts, banners, and short videos using Canva or similar design tools.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, followers, and leads.
- Manage and update the company’s Google My Business profile regularly with posts, photos, and reviews.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Respond to audience queries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Track competitor activities and recommend innovative ideas to boost brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Knowledge in Canva and basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and GMB.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
