Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with 1+ year of experience to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong social media management skills, a keen understanding of brand communication, and the ability to combine creativity with analytics to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
• Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content including posts, stories, reels, and videos tailored to each platform.
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligning with campaigns, trends, and business objectives.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini etc) for content ideation, caption writing, post optimization, and insights generation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics; recommend strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure cohesive and visually appealing campaigns.
• Stay updated with AI-driven social media trends, automation tools, and algorithm changes.
• Engage with the audience, manage community interactions, and ensure timely responses.
• Support in running paid social ad campaigns and tracking performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
