As the Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for leading our social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. You will be responsible for delivering strategies set out, create engaging content and use performance analytics to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Create and execute tailored social media strategies
- Design platform-specific strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok that align with company goals.
- Research target audiences to craft campaigns that resonate with their preferences and behaviours.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for each platform to measure success.
- Regularly review and adapt strategies based on trends and audience feedback.
Optimize Content for Each Social Media Platform
- Develop engaging and creative content, ensuring it aligns with the unique requirements of each platform.
- Tailor messaging, visuals, and formats to suit platform algorithms and audience preferences.
- Use SEO techniques and platform-specific features like hashtags, keywords, and geotags to boost content visibility.
- Ensure content maintains consistency in tone, style, and branding across platforms.
Analyse performance metrics to drive data driven decisions
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions for all platforms.
- Utilize analytics tools to generate insights and identify trends in audience behaviour.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
- Use data findings to refine strategies, content, and posting schedules for continuous improvement.
Enhance audience engagement and growth
- Foster meaningful interactions by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Create interactive campaigns such as polls, contests, and live sessions to increase audience participation.
- Implement strategies to grow followers and increase engagement on all platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify reach and credibility.
Collaborate and innovate to ensure continuous improvement
- Experiment with new content formats, tools, and features to keep strategies fresh and innovative.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong experience of understanding of platform-specific algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
