Social Media Executive

Position Title: Social Media Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Head Office, Plot# 55-A, SMCHS, Karachi
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Summary: We are hiring a Social Media Executive to manage daily postings, engage with clients online, and support lead generation campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok pages.
• Schedule posts and ensure consistent content flow.
• Respond to client queries and inbox messages.
• Track engagement, reach, and impressions.
• Support campaign reporting and community building.

KPIs:

• Post consistency: ≥ 7 posts/week.
• Engagement rate ≥ 40% per post.
• Respond to 95% of client queries within 24 hours.
• Grow followers by ≥ 30% quarterly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing/Media.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management.
• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok trends.
• Strong communication & creative mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
