About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, have a keen eye for aesthetics, and be able to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences across platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, research skills, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, plan, and execute content across major social media platforms: Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Threads, and TikTok.
- Research emerging trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Develop engaging and visually appealing posts in line with the brand’s voice and identity.
- Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports to improve strategy.
- Support campaign ideation, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with leading social platforms and their evolving features.
- Good aesthetic sense with an understanding of what works visually on digital channels.
- Strong research skills, especially in identifying trends and analyzing competitors.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to brand guidelines.
- Passionate about digital media and content creation.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Experience managing a personal, brand, or meme account with measurable engagement.
- Familiarity with content scheduling, publishing, and analytics tools.
- Ability to package and present content strategies with rationale and storytelling.
- Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
