Social Media Executive

A social media executive manages a company's online presence by creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. Key responsibilities include developing social media strategies, crafting compelling posts across platforms, monitoring online conversations, responding to comments and messages, tracking social media trends, and reporting on campaign success using analytics tools. Collaboration with internal teams and creative skills in content creation are also essential.

• Content Strategy & Creation: Developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging text, image, and video content, and managing content calendars.
• Platform Management: Publishing and scheduling posts across various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
• Community Engagement: Monitoring online conversations, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers to build community and provide customer service.
• Trend Monitoring: Staying up-to-date on current social media trends, best practices, and emerging viral trends.

Required Skills

• Creativity & Visual Storytelling: Ability to generate innovative ideas and create engaging visual content.
• Technical Proficiency: Skills in content creation, editing, and potentially motion graphics, along with familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling captions and engaging with audiences.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple channels and deadlines.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and analyze performance to inform strategy.
• Trend Awareness: A keen understanding of current and emerging digital marketing trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
