Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative SMO Executive (Female) with 1–2 years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, up-to-date with the latest trends, and able to engage with online audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.
• Create and publish engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Schedule regular posts and interact with followers to build community and increase engagement.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Analyze social media metrics to measure success and improve campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Manage paid social media campaigns as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of proven work experience in Social Media Optimization.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Female candidates only.
