The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing the brand’s presence across all social media platforms. This role combines creativity with strategy — ensuring our online voice reflects the brand’s personality while engaging the right audiences through innovative content and campaigns.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media Strategy & Content Creation

• Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Create engaging and original content — including images, captions, videos, and stories — tailored to each platform.

• Maintain the brand’s tone of voice and visual consistency in all communications.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and audience insights to guide content direction.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to align on campaigns and messaging.


Community Engagement & Growth

• Manage online communities by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

• Track audience engagement, follower growth, and sentiment across channels.

• Identify opportunities for collaborations, influencer engagement, and partnerships to expand reach.


Campaign Planning & Reporting

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, events, and brand initiatives.

• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable reports and insights.

• Recommend improvements to content strategy based on performance data.


Requirements


• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury industry.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and emerging trends.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and authentic content.

• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent) for post creation.

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Experience in influencer coordination and content shoots is an advantage.
