Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our company’s social media presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing daily posts, analyzing performance, and growing our online audience to strengthen brand awareness and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, reels, captions, stories, etc.) across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage the company’s social media calendar and ensure consistent posting and branding.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to support campaigns, listings, and promotions.
• Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports to optimize reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with social media trends, new tools, and best practices to improve brand presence.
• Assist in content creation, such as property shoots, lifestyle videos, and ad creatives.
• Coordinate with designers and photographers to maintain brand consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or similar role (Real Estate experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Understanding of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Boosts, etc.).
• Familiarity with real estate marketing trends in Dubai.
