Social Media Executive

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing all social media content for Kasumigaseki Restaurant. This role combines content creation, community management, and light influencer coordination. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury restaurants or high-end hospitality and a keen eye for storytelling, trends, and audience engagement.

● Capture high-quality daily content (food, guest experiences, behind-the-scenes, ambience, DJs & events).

● Edit photos and reels using tools like Adobe Premiere, Cap Cut, In Shot or Canva.

● Schedule and post content daily on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

● Develop content aligned with brand guidelines, promotions, events, and PR campaigns.

● Maintain a consistent, premium visual identity across all platforms.

● Respond promptly to comments, messages, reviews on Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and other platforms.

● Track feedback and escalate any guest concerns to management.

● Monitor engagement metrics and report monthly on growth, impressions, reach, and follower behavior.

● Coordinate influencer visits as needed, ensure compliance with content requirements (feed posts, stories).

● Support Marketing team in PR initiatives, media invites and event coverage.

● Track influencer and media engagement metrics.

● Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute social media strategies that drive bookings, visibility, and brand positioning.

● Maintain a content calendar and ensure alignment with monthly campaigns and events.

● Provide weekly reports on social media performance and community insights to marketing manager.
