Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the firm’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality visual and written content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the design team to capture project photos and videos, ensuring the content aligns with brand aesthetics.
- Plan and maintain a social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, project launches, and seasonal trends.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community—clients, influencers, and followers.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate monthly reports, and optimize content strategies based on insights.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design aesthetics, and platform update.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in social media marketing (experience with design, architecture, or lifestyle brands is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of interior design trends and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with creative teams.
