Role Description

MRB is hiring an on-site Social Media Executive (Content & Design) to plan calendars, design posts/reels, manage communities, run basic boosts, and report results across LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook (and TikTok where relevant).

Responsibilities

• Build a monthly content calendar; write concise captions in English/Urdu aligned to brand voice.
• Design static posts, carousels, and reels/short videos using Canva + Adobe (Ps/Ai/Pr) or CapCut .
• Schedule and publish via Meta Business Suite & LinkedIn; maintain posting cadence.
• Manage comments/DMs; escalate leads/queries; maintain response SLAs.
• Run simple paid boosts : pick audiences, set budgets, and monitor basic results.
• Tag links with UTMs ; track performance in Meta Insights/LinkedIn Analytics (and GA4 where applicable).
• Coordinate with SEO/WP teams to align creatives with landing pages and campaigns.
• Produce a concise monthly report with insights and next steps.

Must-haves

6–24 months social media experience (agency or brand) • Strong Canva + at least one Adobe tool (Ps/Ai/Pr) or CapCut for reels • Meta Business Suite proficiency • English/Urdu copywriting • Basic analytics (reach, engagement, CTR) and UTM tagging • Organized, creative, and deadline-driven

Nice-to-haves

LinkedIn/TikTok management • Basic Ads Manager setup/A-B tests • Light motion graphics • Figma familiarity • Influencer coordination
