An Australian Medical Company -Healthcare Evolutions - is looking for a Social Media Manager in its E-11, Islamabad office, the candidate would be responsible for producing visually appealing and engaging graphics, images, and content specifically tailored for various social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create content that attracts and retains the target audience's attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute LinkedIn strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored for social platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn for an organization.
• Proven experience in running paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google
• Strong content creation skills – writing, editing, and visual content planning.
• Experience conducting market and audience research.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of current AI tools used in digital marketing.
• Ability to Multitask.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Basic Knowledge of SEO
• Graphic design or video editing skills.
• Experience with paid LinkedIn campaigns.
